This Position engages a Senior Cisco Voice Engineer to deliver critical upgrades, migrations, and strategic evaluations required to maintain operational stability and inform future voice platform decisions. The role is essential to reducing risk, maintaining vendor support, and enabling a successful transition toward modernized voice services.
Requirements
- Senior-level Cisco Voice experience (enterprise scale)
- Deep hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM
- Deep hands-on experience with Cisco CUBE
- Deep hands-on experience with SIP / PSTN integrations
- Deep hands-on experience with Virtualized Environment (VMware EXSi)
- Experience with datacenter migrations
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-response skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Webex Cloud Calling and hybrid voice architecture
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical resource for Cisco voice platform upgrades
- Support datacenter migration activities
