Requirements

  • Experience building and validating Bills of Materials and complex quotes
  • Strong financial acumen - able to build pricing comparisons and clearly explain pricing structures to clients
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • High attention to detail and quality-control discipline
  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable home workspace and internet connection
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Cisco's EA Management Portal and Cisco Commerce Workspace
  • Direct experience with Cisco Enterprise Agreements
  • Experience with Stratavar or similar quoting platforms

Responsibilities

  • Owns the full quote lifecycle for ANM's Cisco Enterprise Agreements, covering net new EAs, recasts, and renewals.
  • Builds and validates Bills of Materials.
  • Manages the quoting process through Cisco's EA Management Portal (EAMP).
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Account Managers, CXMs, SAs, and CSRs to deliver accurate, competitive pricing to clients.
  • Proactively manages EA true-forwards.
  • Leads key client touch points throughout the EA lifecycle.
  • Serves as ANM's subject matter expert on Cisco EA program benefits, billing processes, and financial structures.
  • Tracks all EA true-forwards and ensures expected true-forwards are quoted in advance.
  • Engages clients 90 to 120 days ahead of true-forward dates to review potential benefits.
  • Ensures true-forward POs are received in a timely manner to support on-time invoicing.
  • Works with CSR to create opportunities, build quotes, process orders, and deliver client-facing invoices for unexpected true-forward invoices.
  • Ensures all true-forward disputes are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Leads EA client touch points across the engagement lifecycle, including new and renewed EA onboarding, consumption reviews, true-forward planning, and invoice reviews.
  • Partners with CXMs to scale client engagement, ensuring consistent and high-quality coverage across the EA portfolio.
  • Prepares data and materials for CXM delivery when appropriate, or engages directly with the end client as needed.
  • Cross-trains in subscription renewal quoting and serves as a backup to the Subscription Renewal Specialist.
