About The Position

Jetvia is seeking a Cirrus SR22 Charter Pilot based in Austin, Texas. The pilot’s primary responsibility is to fly charter clients within the Southern United States. The secondary responsibility is to support Jetvia’s fleet by transporting people and parts to aircraft that are out of service (AOG) across the Southeastern United States. The pilot must be ready to become airborne within 60 minutes of the first call. On peak days, the pilot may be stationed at Jetvia facilities around the United States, including ELP, GKY, and TIX airports, ready to respond at a moment’s notice. The position is intended for a pilot seeking to fly 25–50 or more hours per month. The role offers a potential career path to the right seat in Jetvia’s Learjet fleet. After reaching 500 hours with Jetvia, the pilot may have the opportunity to transition to a second-in-command role on the Learjet 60 at Jetvia or take a role with a partner that operates jets. Jetvia provides Cirrus transition training at its expense. Charter operations in SR aircraft are conducted under partners’ Part 135 certificates. The pilot is employed by Jetvia but may be covered by another company’s drug and alcohol program. Employment is contingent on pre-employment drug testing, background checks, and post-offer job-related physicals when applicable. Jetvia is an equal opportunity employer.
