About The Position
Cedar's Foods is hiring 3rd Shift CIP Operators to join a growing team. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our production equipment to help ensure food safety and quality.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and complete basic production documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be dependable with good attendance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing, sanitation, or food production experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize production equipment using Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning.
- Operate and inspect CIP equipment and related sanitation systems.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, ceilings, tanks, and production areas.
- Complete required sanitation documentation and production records.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and sanitation procedures.
- Report equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
