CIP Operator - 3rd Shift
About The Position
The CIP Operator position is responsible for inspecting and cleaning equipment and work areas, disassembling and reassembling equipment according to company policy and procedure, ensuring all GMP, safety, and 5S standards are met. This role supports the cleanliness of plant machinery, which is essential for daily operations and maintaining standards. The operator will prepare production equipment for cleaning following Lockout Tagout procedures, provide visual and swab checks to ensure sanitation effectiveness, and perform pre-operational and sanitation processes and inspections with a focus on minimizing downtime.
Requirements
- Lockout Tagout Certified
- Knowledge of plant safety and waste disposal methods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time

- Inspecting and cleaning equipment and work areas
- Disassembling and reassembling equipment according to company policy and procedure
- Ensuring all GMP, safety, and 5S standards are met

- Performing pre-operational and sanitation processes and inspections with a focus on minimum downtime
