Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off. The company also describes flexible work arrangements, learning opportunities, a 9/80 work schedule option, and a 401(k) matching program.
