About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CI/CD Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and automated cloud-native delivery platforms. This role will focus on enabling efficient software delivery through modern CI/CD practices, Kubernetes platform engineering, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps integration, and observability capabilities within Azure environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation tooling, security integration, and platform enablement while collaborating across teams to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and developer experience. This Role can be performed Remotely anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS) cluster management and operations.
  • Experience with Docker and container registry management.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
  • Experience implementing GitOps practices with ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployment management.
  • Experience with JFrog Artifactory.
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and ARM templates.
  • Experience integrating DevSecOps tooling into CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of secret management and RBAC design.
  • Experience implementing monitoring, tracing, and observability solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and Kubernetes networking concepts.
  • Strong architecture documentation skills.
  • Platform engineering mindset focused on developer enablement and self-service.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience supporting cost governance and capacity planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and support Azure cloud infrastructure, including architecture, networking, IAM, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and manage Azure networking components including VNets and private endpoints.
  • Support cloud governance, capacity planning, and operational optimization initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Configure and maintain Kubernetes RBAC, networking, and autoscaling.
  • Support Kubernetes packaging and release management using Helm.
  • Build and maintain containerized workloads using Docker.
  • Manage container registries and implement image security practices.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
  • Implement GitOps deployment models using ArgoCD and Flux.
  • Manage artifact repositories and lifecycle processes using JFrog Artifactory.
  • Standardize deployment automation and release management processes.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using: Terraform, ARM templates.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
  • Integrate SAST and DAST security scanning into CI/CD pipelines using: Veracode, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
  • Implement and manage secret management solutions using: Vault, Azure Key Vault, Kubernetes Secrets.
  • Design and manage RBAC models across Kubernetes and cloud environments.
  • Implement monitoring and observability solutions using: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor.
  • Configure application tracing and telemetry using Application Insights.
  • Design and support: VNet architectures, Private endpoints, DNS, Load balancing, Ingress controllers, API gateways.
  • Implement and support service mesh technologies including Istio and Linkerd.
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation including: C4 diagrams, Architecture Decision Records (ADR).
  • Promote a platform engineering mindset focused on enabling developer self-service.
  • Collaborate across engineering and stakeholder teams to support delivery objectives.
  • Participate in cost governance and capacity planning activities.
