Church Nursery Child Care Provider
About The Position
Churches across the Plant City, Florida area, just outside of Lakeland, are seeking child care providers to work in their nursery or Children’s Ministry during service times, group meetings, special events, and more on the SitterTree app. Jobs are primarily available Sunday mornings, but also on Saturdays and weekdays, and typically pay $20–$25+/hr. You make your own schedule and decide when and where you would like to work. Jobs are available throughout Plant City, Lakeland, and surrounding Central Florida communities. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check
- Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
- Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric
Responsibilities
