About The Position
Churches in and around the Ashburn, Virginia area, just outside of Washington, D.C., are seeking child care providers to work in their nursery or Children’s Ministry during service times, group meetings, special events, and more on the SitterTree app. Jobs are primarily available Sunday mornings, with additional opportunities on Saturdays and weekdays. You make your own schedule and decide when and where you would like to work. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check.
- Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
- Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Patient, kind, and nurturing.
- First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric.
