Requirements
- Solid technician experience with confidence in your abilities
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Dependability, accountability, and pride in your work
- Ability to work solo and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Completing repair orders correctly the first time
- Diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more
- Handling warranty and customer-pay work to manufacturer standards
- Communicating clearly with Service Advisors on additional repairs and labor time
- Keeping your stall clean, safe, and efficient
- Staying current with modern vehicle systems and repair methods
- Documenting work accurately and professionally
