Requirements

Solid technician experience with confidence in your abilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Dependability, accountability, and pride in your work
Ability to work solo and within a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Completing repair orders correctly the first time
Diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more
Handling warranty and customer-pay work to manufacturer standards
Communicating clearly with Service Advisors on additional repairs and labor time
Keeping your stall clean, safe, and efficient
Staying current with modern vehicle systems and repair methods
Documenting work accurately and professionally
