Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining records and databases for daily kettle income, generating reports on the kettle program's status, and providing documentation of hours worked. Additionally, the role involves planning and preparing special events, creating recognition materials, and maintaining records for future reference. The coordinator will also meet with community leaders, drive Salvation Army vehicles to deliver/collect kettles and supplies, and assist with counting, recording, and depositing kettle funds.
