About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, full-time Chiropractor to join a wellness-focused family chiropractic practice in Fairlawn, Ohio. The practice has served its community for over 23 years and emphasizes high-quality, individualized care, long-term patient relationships, chiropractic principles, and patient education about chiropractic care and wellness habits. The role offers a four-day work week with no weekends. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000, with some associates earning over $200,000, plus bonus compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active chiropractic license in Ohio.
• Good people skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial examinations and re-examinations, including taking medical histories, conducting focused physical exams, and reviewing relevant imaging, documents, and reports.
• Take and review diagnostic imaging and X-rays as needed.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnoses.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, pre- and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and the benefits of continued chiropractic care.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments, including Diversified and Thompson techniques, as well as various therapies and modalities.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation and charting.
• Work cooperatively with the team and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Follow up with patients and conduct reassessments to ensure treatment goals are being met.
• Assist with outreach marketing to increase the patient base.
