About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic – Grand Junction Rimrock is seeking a motivated, personable Doctor of Chiropractic to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care, education, and building relationships, while the clinic team handles administrative tasks such as paperwork, insurance, marketing, scheduling, and billing. The position is open to both full-time and part-time chiropractors, including experienced DCs and new graduates. The clinic model emphasizes convenient, affordable chiropractic care without the traditional insurance-based system, reducing administrative burden and allowing more time for patient interaction. The role involves educating patients on the importance of routine chiropractic care for overall wellness, developing individualized wellness plans, and fostering long-term patient relationships. The chiropractor will work alongside a supportive Wellness Coordinator and clinic team in a modern, fast-paced environment with an established patient flow.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Valid Colorado chiropractic license, or ability to obtain one
  • Eligibility for malpractice coverage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional chiropractic care
  • Helping patients understand the value of consistent chiropractic wellness
  • Providing high-quality chiropractic adjustments
  • Primarily utilizing diversified adjusting techniques
  • Performing patient consultations and examinations as appropriate
  • Educating patients about chiropractic care and wellness
  • Developing and communicating appropriate care recommendations
  • Helping patients understand the importance of routine and continued care
  • Building relationships with patients and becoming part of their wellness journey
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Working closely with the Wellness Coordinator and clinic team
