About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring Doctors of Chiropractic for their two Vancouver, WA clinics. They are looking for individuals, whether fresh out of school or seasoned in practice, to join their team. The role offers the freedom to focus on patient care without the administrative burdens of traditional practice, such as insurance paperwork, complex billing cycles, or chasing referrals. The clinics operate on a 100% membership and self-pay model, eliminating billing headaches. The positions are available for both full-time and part-time employment, with flexible scheduling options. New graduates are welcome and will benefit from a built-in patient base from day one. The company is part of The Joint Chiropractic, the largest operator and franchisor of chiropractic clinics in the United States, with nearly 1,000 locations and over 12 million patient visits each year.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Washington State chiropractic license — or ability to obtain one prior to start.
• Eligible for malpractice insurance in Washington State.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, routine wellness care.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.
• New graduates are encouraged.

Nice To Haves

• Weekend availability (at least some) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, routine wellness care.
• Lead the patient experience at one of the clinics (for Full-Time Associate Doctor of Chiropractic role).
• Provide flexible days across either location (for Part-Time / PRN Doctor of Chiropractic role).
