About The Position
Dane Street is expanding its physician panel and is seeking a skilled and board-certified Chiropractor in Miami, FL for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing the professional to select or decline assignments based on their availability. The physician panel consists of independent contract reviewers (1099) compensated on a per-case basis. Dane Street is a national leader in IMEs and peer review services, providing objective, high-quality medical evaluations to insurance carriers and organizations. The role involves advisory-only opinions, meaning no doctor/patient relationship is established, and no treatment is provided.
Requirements
- Board-certification required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in performing IMEs is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Thorough review of Medical Records
- Perform in-person evaluations of patients with specialty issues
- Respond to clinical queries to support claims management
- Deliver detailed IME reports within an expected turnaround time of 5 days
