About The Position

Myo is opening a new clinic in Manhattan Beach in Fall 2026 and is seeking founding team members to help establish the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture. This role is ideal for high-calibre clinicians who want to shape a new clinic from the ground up. The clinic will serve individuals focused on movement, performance, longevity, and proactive healthcare. Myo's mission is to raise body IQ globally through a 5-phase FutureProof Framework, focusing on pain relief and lasting functional change. Clinicians at Myo receive dedicated time, structure, and support for meaningful work, including extensive onboarding, mentorship, on-shift coaching, and opportunities for growth into leadership roles. The role also offers brand and industry exposure through marketing support and representation at major events, along with a premium 1:1 care model treating fewer than 8 clients per day.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible chiropractic license in California.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in establishing the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture at the newest Los Angeles clinic.
• Deliver thoughtful 1:1 care through strong clinical reasoning, personalized treatment, and meaningful client relationships.
• Work closely with clinicians, Front Desk teammates, and clinic leaders to create a seamless client experience and strong clinic culture.
• Own your caseload through proactive communication, follow-up, and accountability to client outcomes and clinic growth.
• Take initiative in supporting community engagement, referral relationships, and raising the standard of care.
• Bring curiosity, professionalism, and a growth mindset to mentorship, feedback, and continued development.
• Represent Myo at major events and activations.
