About The Position
Vista Community Clinic (VCC) is hiring a per diem Chiropractor to cover open shifts across its La Habra and Lake Elsinore clinical sites. VCC is a private, nonprofit, multispecialty outpatient clinic serving communities across San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. The Chiropractor provides patient-centered outpatient care, evaluates and diagnoses patients, and performs manual adjustments to address musculoskeletal conditions. The role collaborates with other medical practitioners, supports quality assurance, trains clinic staff, and contributes to clinic protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Current chiropractic license from the state of California.
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic school.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience or familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), business email, communication systems, and internet search capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Direct and provide outpatient care to clinic patients, ensuring appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, and care.
- Examine patients of all ages for signs of injury, disease, or abnormality, while remaining aware of signs and symptoms of general health conditions.
- Evaluate and diagnose patients and perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations to correct the musculoskeletal system.
- Work with other VCC medical practitioners to treat health problems associated with the muscular, nervous, and skeletal systems.
- Counsel patients about nutrition, exercise, stress management, and recommended courses of treatment.
- Liaise with other medical practitioners and share care as needed for patients with chronic conditions.
- Participate in and support quality assurance programs.
- Provide training to clinic staff to facilitate better patient care.
- Participate in developing clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality chiropractic care.
