About The Position
Chiro One Wellness Centers is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Doctor of Chiropractic to join its established clinic in Alton, Illinois. The chiropractor will provide quality care, build strong patient relationships, maintain an established patient base, and contribute to continued clinic growth through patient engagement and community connections. The role combines clinical practice with an active part in the long-term success of the clinic. A corporate support structure assists with billing, operations, human resources, and compliance, while imaging and a clinical support team support assessment, treatment, and progress tracking. The chiropractor will also be part of a broader network of chiropractors for learning and collaboration. Compensation is a base salary plus a performance bonus, paid bi-weekly.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
- Licensed in Illinois or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Comfort in social settings and ease interacting with other people.
- Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, individualized care plans, and progress assessments.
- Build lasting patient relationships through clear communication, education, and consistent follow-through.
- Maintain and grow the clinic's patient base through excellent care, patient retention, referrals, and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with Chiropractic Technicians to deliver an efficient, welcoming patient experience.
- Support compliance with company policies and standards, protect organizational assets, act with ethics and integrity, report non-compliance, and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements, and company procedures.
- Perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed.
