About The Position

At LifeClinic, the mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor, you will provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. LifeClinic is already in 75+ locations and on track for 200. The practice model involves 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits with a health-conscious patient base, primarily cash-based sessions to avoid insurance hassles. Schedule flexibility (reducing work days or clinic hours) is possible once revenue targets are met. The role includes a proven blueprint and extensive training. Expectations include marketing and engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor, selling and getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan (including presenting financial care plans), and delivering exceptional patient care using LifeClinic’s proven processes. This role combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial drive, requiring proactive outreach, personalized treatment planning, and effective patient management. Success requires excitement about base + performance-based pay, commitment to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up a client base (usually takes 6 months), commitment to marketing (e.g., demos of soft tissue technique), and excellence with patient communication.
