This role provides administrative and operational support to the Claims Manager within the delegated authority claims function. This role is responsible for accurate claim setup, file organization, documentation, and deadline tracking. It also involves communication with third parties, and routine reporting to help ensure claims are managed efficiently and in alignment with internal standards and service level agreements (SLAs). The Claims Assistant will work full time in the Red Bank, NJ Office.
