About The Position

Chiro One Wellness Centers is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Doctor of Chiropractic to join its established clinic in Alton, Illinois. The role involves delivering quality chiropractic care while building strong patient relationships, maintaining an established patient base, and supporting the clinic’s continued growth through patient engagement and community connections. The position combines clinical practice with active contributions to the long-term success of the clinic. The chiropractor works with Chiropractic Technicians and has corporate support for billing, operations, human resources, and compliance. The care model includes imaging and clinical support to help with assessment, treatment, and progress tracking. The organization also offers access to a broader network of chiropractors for collaboration and learning. Team members are expected to support company policies and Standards of Excellence concerning privacy, confidentiality, organizational assets, ethics, compliance reporting, applicable laws and regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements, and internal procedures. Other related duties and project work may be assigned as needed. A DMV or equivalent background check may be required.

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Licensed in Illinois or in the process of obtaining an Illinois license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
Comfort in social settings and ease interacting with other people.
Coachability, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Deliver chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, individualized care plans, and progress assessments.
Build lasting patient relationships through clear communication, education, and consistent follow-through.
Maintain and grow the clinic’s patient base through excellent care, patient retention, referrals, and community engagement.
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with Chiropractic Technicians to deliver an efficient, welcoming patient experience.
Support company policies and Standards of Excellence, including requirements related to privacy, confidentiality, ethics, compliance, and applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other related duties and assist with project completion as needed.
