About The Position

HCRC Staffing is seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join an established multidisciplinary practice in Alexandria, Virginia. The practice has served the community for more than 20 years and brings together chiropractic, medical, and rehabilitative care. The Chiropractor will work collaboratively with chiropractors, physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and support staff to help patients reduce pain, regain mobility, and return to their daily activities.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, based on experience, plus bonus compensation. The role includes patient consultations, examinations, evaluations, diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, chiropractic adjustments, therapeutic exercises and modalities, and patient education. The Chiropractor will also review imaging, coordinate care with the clinical team, maintain EHR documentation, and work with and supervise chiropractic and medical assistants.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia chiropractic license.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Comfort using computers and learning an EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations, examinations, and evaluations.
• Develop diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified and Activator techniques.
• Incorporate therapeutic exercises and modalities into patient care.
• Take and review X-rays and relevant imaging.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Work with and supervise chiropractic and medical assistants.
