About The Position
SynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey. We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC) to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with neurological or vestibular rehab is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services
- Work with patients experiencing TBI, vestibular issues, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, and therapy staff
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients on treatment plans and at-home exercises
