About The Position

Accident Care Chiropractic and Massage is hiring a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to support Chiropractic Physicians with clinical operations and coordination of patient care. Chiropractic Assistants are an integral part of patients’ care, rehabilitation, and individual care plans. The role also supports physical therapy modalities, scheduling, and smaller office management tasks as needed, helping provide patients with a positive recovery experience after auto and work injuries. No experience is required; training is provided on-site. Accident Care Chiropractic and Massage specializes in chiropractic care, massage therapy, and physical rehabilitation for patients injured in automobile crashes. Its multidisciplinary approach includes cutting-edge modalities and hands-on care. Requirements

Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Vietnamese.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sheets, and Google Docs.
Motivated and friendly.
Ability to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

Bi- or multilingual ability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, hands-on patient care as instructed by the Chiropractic Physician, including use of physical therapy modalities, rehabilitation exercises, and soft tissue mobilization or manipulation.
Ensure clinic cleanliness and sanitation before and after each patient encounter.
Assist with clinic inventory counts as needed.
Assist with patient scheduling, answer phone calls, and help send referrals to other offices as needed.
Help with the claims process for new patients and verify claims when necessary.
