About The Position

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated
Proficiency in computer skills is required

Nice To Haves

Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required
Experience in competitive sports and/or training in rehabiltation/personal training preferred

Responsibilities

Ensuring clinical notes and charges are entered accurately into patient records
Assist the doctor with entries to improve efficiency
Lead patients in prescribed exercise therapy
Safely and accurately administer therapeutic modalities based on training and in accordance with established treatment protocols.
Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan
Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach
Weekly patient reporting
Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free
Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective
Maintain business office inventory
Other Administrative tasks
