About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in Boca Raton. This is a patient-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, is comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment, and has an interest in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, sports medicine, neurology, or musculoskeletal care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with patients
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, rehabilitation, or fitness setting is preferred but not required
• Medical Assistant, Chiropractic Assistant, PT Technician, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or similar experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the chiropractor and clinical team with daily patient care
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after patient visits
• Assist with modalities and other treatments as directed by the provider
• Obtain and document basic patient information
• Help maintain patient flow throughout the clinic
• Provide patients with a welcoming and professional experience
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other clinical or administrative duties as needed
