About The Position

The Chipboard Installer applies chipboard and house wrap to exterior walls in accordance with required specifications. The role involves using tools and equipment to cut and install chipboard, carrying and lifting OSB sheets, and maintaining a consistent work pace and a clean work area. The position is with BonnaVilla, a Chief Industries brand that manufactures modular homes at its facility in Aurora, Nebraska.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Apply chipboard and house wrap to the exterior of homes according to required procedures and specifications.
• Use staple and nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, hoists, and other equipment as needed.
• Carry and lift 4x8 sheets of OSB.
• Cut chipboard to size and determine angles.
• Work at a consistent pace to stay caught up and keep the work area clean.
