The role includes handling routine customer complaints and incidents, with the discretion to identify situations requiring supervisory attention and resolving issues to maintain positive guest relationships. A flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary, as shifts may change. Additionally, the role involves assisting in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of discarded items left by guests and performing other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by management.
