About The Position
This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, with a specific focus on chillers. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of cooling systems within the district's facilities. The job requires adherence to safety protocols and proper documentation of work performed. This is a 12-month position with 8-hour workdays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three (3) years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with a focus on chillers.
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on chiller systems.
- Install and service HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with cooling systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
