About The Position

Come Join Us At SPIN Inc! SPIN is offering a Recruitment bonus for all new hires of $750.00 pro rated based on a 40-hour week. This will be paid out after successful completion of your probationary period. Come Join as the CS Flex Staff works in partnership with the full Children’s Program team to create a nurturing, supportive and developmentally appropriate environment for children that supports each child’s individual needs and fosters family engagement. The CS Flex staff will support classrooms by answering pages for bathroom breaks, health and safety checks, behavior concerns and may be required to be ServeSafe certified. Required to work with the management team to communicate and complete health and safety classroom/building checklist to ensure licensure status. Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Experience working with young children.
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Clear, pleasant and courteous communicator, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently as well as be an effective multi-disciplinary team member

Nice To Haves

• ServeSafe certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Participates in fire drills and completing safety checks as possible
• Participates in required annual training and possible ServeSafe Certification
• Participates in children’s programs and partial Behavioral Health and Autism Services training track
• First responder to the needs of classrooms between two building for bathroom breaks, health and safety checks and behavior needs.
• Will monitor building grounds and communicate with the management team with concerns.
• Completing required health and safety checklist and checking required classroom postings to be licensure prepared
• Consulting with management on concerns/needs regarding the children and the building
• Assist with arrival and dismissal times
• Assist with monitoring and communicating with operations and management when cleaning and paper supplies are low inventory
• Provide site coverage, when needed, including but not limited to classroom support and administrative support
• Adheres to the active supervision guidelines, SPIN’s Code of Conduct and the policies and procedures of SPIN and our funders
