About The Position

This is a full-time Children's Therapist position with a minimum of 25-30 clients per week. The role involves working on-site at Children's Healthcare Group facilities in El Cajon and at the Mission Valley office in San Diego. The therapist will collaborate directly with Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners, acting as a liaison between medical and behavioral health. The position is ideal for learning, growing, and developing clinical skills. The company provides a full intake department, an internal billing department, an easy-to-use electronic health records program, clinical support, supervision, collaboration, and education. A training and mentorship program is available to assist with caseload management. The company encourages therapists to find their niche and offers supervision and education to support professional growth. Collaboration with Children's Healthcare Group and WAVE Therapy is a key aspect of the role. Associates, newly licensed, and seasoned therapists are welcome.

Requirements

LMFT, LPCC. APCC, AMFT, LCSW.
Training and experience working with children and families.
Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to work as a member of a team.
Attend paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education, and training.

Nice To Haves

Experience in private practice is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.
Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms, and other case records.
Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.
