This role involves teaching various classes, preparing curriculum and materials, recruiting and onboarding volunteers, and maintaining communication with various teams and stakeholders. The position requires a deep understanding of children aged Birth through Grade 5, Saddleback Church culture, and Purpose Driven Children's Ministry. The Director has decision-making authority within the SK playbook and interacts with various internal and external groups, including volunteers, parents, campus staff, and the central SK team.
