Reporting to the respective program supervisor, the Case Manager - CLTS serves as a point of contact for participants, customers, and/or clients performing related duties toward the objectives and goals of the division. A successful candidate will be a team-oriented, organized, and compassionate professional who enjoys building relationships and having meaningful conversations with families about available services and supports.
