About The Position

For almost 50 years, My Gym Children’s Fitness Center has set the industry standard in the field of children’s fitness and physical activity. Our businesses in Charlotte have been serving church preschools and our community for almost 20 years now! Right now, across the world, in more than 600 locations, My Gym teachers are helping children build a strong foundation for a lifelong love of people, activity, and mental and physical fitness….and we want you to be a part of it! Noah's Art Studios have been doing the same nearly 20 years now! This locally owned and operated business has become a staple for Charlotte families wanting their kids to experience the creative visual arts as well as improve their fine motor skills. While Noah's Art is a much smaller company, we have the experience of working with a 50 year old franchise that majors on children's education. We apply the same strategies at Noah's Art as we do at My Gym in a slightly different setting. All of our locations are side-by-side and feature interactive classes, camps, and parties. Our training systems will prepare you to lead a fun, high-energy classes while teaching children important physical, cognitive, and emotional skills to build strong bodies, healthy minds, and hearts to serve those around them. We are looking for men and women who bring a lot of energy, drive, and care to our team. This job is fast-paced and fun! When you work with kids, you always have to be on our toes! (and you'll never miss a workout!) The strongest candidates are those who have a background in either physical activity (gymnastics, sports, dance, martial arts, general fitness, etc.) or the visual arts and creative enterprises (drawing, painting, theater, music)... AND those who love to play! My Gym and Noah's Art do a lot in our community. We serve the preschools of Charlotte through our outbound/mobile program.
