About The Position

My Gym Children's Fitness Center is a lot more than just “Mommy and Me!" From first steps to first handstands, we are committed to creating wonderful Moments That Matter. Our gyms are safe, colorful, and oh-so-clean spaces, and our staff pride themselves on providing a fun, safe, and meaningful experience to each and every family who enters through our doors. Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide, My Gym kids attend structured, noncompetitive and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented, fun, and happy grown-ups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops! My Gym’s brand promise is to love and nurture all children through meaningful play, and it’s a promise we take to heart. We hope you’ll join us! Requirements

Love fitness, fun and making a real impact
Be the life of the party
Be a coach, athlete, martial artist, actor or dancer
Experienced in coaching active play, games, gymnastics and sports for ages 1-10yrs
Be outgoing, upbeat, positive
Someone who takes direction well
Available for staff meetings (Every Monday from 12-4pm)
Available to work weekends
Willing to grow with us (and the kids)

Responsibilities

Running around, leading high-energy games
Teaching kids how to swing, tumble, climb and build confidence
Instructing classes geared towards children
Providing a fun, safe, and meaningful experience to each and every family
Teaching structured, noncompetitive and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties
