About The Position

Gymboree Play & Music - San Mateo is currently looking for a Children's Center Manager. Requirements

Experience working with children newborn to 5 years preferred
Management experience is preferred
Group leadership skills
Customer service oriented
Team player
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and creative

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the team of teachers
Coordinate and execute weekly schedules for all team members
Setting and attaining site sales goals
Maintain site standards, including, but not limited to: cleaning, stocking and pricing of merchandise, and helping with equipment set changes
Local marketing
Facilitate parent-child interactive activities
Age appropriate play activities
Teach a minimum of two birthday parties per month
Lesson plan according to Gymboree Play & Music curriculum
Be responsible for knowing and achieving sales goals
Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers
