Every day as an Autism development Specialist you will… Ensure safety: Supervise and maintain the well-being of the individuals in your care at all times. Engage and connect: Participate in daily ADLs, recreational, and social activities. Coach and redirect: Address and appropriately redirect inappropriate behaviors. Support progress: Implement individualized treatment plan goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience working with children in behavioral health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain the well-being of the individuals in your care at all times.
