The Children and Family Services Manager provides operational management and supervision for assigned Children and Family Services programs, including Family Relief Nursery, Court Care, drop-in childcare, and other assigned services. The Manager is responsible for translating program goals, organizational expectations, regulatory requirements, and Director-level priorities into effective day-to-day operations across program locations. This position provides direct management and accountability for assigned supervisors, leads, and program employees; supports staffing and scheduling; oversees administrative and service-delivery processes; monitors program data and documentation; and ensures consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and program standards. The Manager works closely with the Director of Children and Family Services to identify operational needs, implement program improvements, support change initiatives, and maintain high-quality, trauma-informed, and family-centered services. The Manager is expected to maintain a regular presence within assigned programs and to remain closely connected to daily operations. Depending on program structure and operational needs, this position may directly supervise site-based employees, coordinate program intakes and administrative functions, provide program coverage, facilitate groups or services within the scope of the employee’s credentials and training, and support the continued development and integration of behavioral health and substance use disorder services.
