Childcare Worker
About The Position
Vineyard Columbus is hiring Childcare Team Members who have experience serving children ages 1-12. This is a part-time, as-needed position, offering a flexible schedule during evenings and weekends. You will provide quality care to the children so families can attend classes, events and conferences. Beyond weekend services at multiple locations across Central Ohio, we serve our neighbors through the Vineyard Community Center, which provides free health clinics, food assistance, ESL classes, Value Life resources, a Counseling Center and other practical support—all opportunities to share the love of Jesus in tangible ways.
Requirements
- Weekend/evening availability
- Previous experience caring for children
- Strong stamina and flexibility for week-to-week childcare needs
- A satisfactory background check

Responsibilities
- Prepare classrooms, greet and welcome families and children
- Ensure the safety of children in a classroom environment
- Engage with children in age-appropriate activities
- Lead programming that will inspire their faith journey
- Follow proper training and safety protocols
