About The Position

Emergency Childcare Services is an exceptional childcare agency based out of Charlotte, NC, seeking creative, fun, and outgoing teachers for childcare assignments. We provide caregivers for local daycares and families needing professional, energetic babysitters. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for children, who enjoy working with them, can communicate effectively with parents and staff, get down to the children's level, and are comfortable working with all ages (0-12 years). A reliable vehicle is also necessary.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule availability between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to pass a background check (no felonies or misdemeanors).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel up to 30 miles.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to be on-time for every shift.
• Neat and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

• A true passion for children.
• Enjoy giggles and sometimes sniffles.
• Ability to get eye level with the children and "talk it out".
• Comfortable working with ALL ages (0-12 years).
• Have a reliable vehicle.
