About The Position
Primrose School of Liberty is seeking Full-Time reliable, consistent Childcare Teachers to support classrooms serving infants through Pre-K. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s early learning experiences within a structured, supportive school environment. We are looking for educators who are dependable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining consistency in the classroom.
Requirements
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
- Strong reliability, professionalism, and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow structure and meet classroom expectations
- Ability to meet Missouri state licensing requirements
- Local and able to reliably commute
- Able to commit to one of the listed shifts
- Available to attend scheduled interviews as confirmed
Nice To Haves
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood or related field
- Experience in a Missouri DESE- licensed childcare center
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Follow daily schedules, lesson plans, and school procedures
- Maintain active supervision and classroom organization
- Assist with daily routines including diapering, meals, rest time, and transitions
- Communicate professionally with families and leadership
- Work collaboratively with team members
