About The Position

Next Generation Children's Center, part of the Cadence Education family, is seeking a Preschool Teacher in Beverly, Massachusetts. This role is for individuals passionate about nurturing young hearts and sparking lifelong learning, with experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education. Cadence Education focuses on shaping bright futures through an innovative, research-based curriculum and cozy, home-like environments. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team dedicated to child development. The position involves creating a safe and inviting space for children, collaborating with other teachers on age-appropriate curriculum, communicating daily milestones with parents, guiding play, modeling social skills, and planning a balanced daily schedule of activities.

Requirements

EEC Certification or willingness to obtain this credential
Minimum 9 months’ experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.
Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
