About The Position
We are seeking an engaging, child-focused individual to provide childcare in families' homes. This role involves actively participating in activities with children, such as playing, reading, and arts and crafts, rather than simply supervising. We offer a fun and fulfilling job with a diverse variety of families and children, providing assignments after a single interview. You'll enjoy independence without a corporate structure, along with support, training, a team atmosphere, and engaged leadership. Nanny supplies and tools will be provided to enhance your professionalism. This is a legal employment position with direct deposit pay.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience.
- At least 2-3 childcare references are required.
- Reliable and insured transportation is required.
- A cell phone with data is required.

Responsibilities
- Engage with children through play, reading, arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes.
- Actively participate in childcare duties, not just supervise.
- Travel to various family homes.
- Potentially drop off and pick up children for activities during shifts.
- Accept and record assignments via a cell phone with data.
