About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are seeking passionate and qualified Lead Toddler Teachers to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on working with young toddlers and the 2-year-old classroom. Our teachers are educators who shape the future every single day, and we offer a special place within the Excel Creative Early Learning community for those who see teaching young children as more than a job. We are looking for individuals who want to grow in their careers while making a lasting difference for children and families.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
• Completed EDU 119 along with an additional 12 semester hours of Early Childhood Education (ECE) classes
• Previous experience in a center, particularly with toddlers
