About The Position
Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school. The network (currently composed of approximately 220 schools) brings together some of the best private school programs in the country, with proven track records educating children through unique and carefully crafted curricula. This position is for a FLOATER- be willing to help in Infants through Pre-K (6 weeks to 5). Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
