About The Position

Jovie of Denver is seeking experienced childcare caregivers for a large event at the Denver Convention Center. This role is ideal for dependable and energetic individuals who enjoy working with children in a structured group setting. The event takes place from July 2nd-7th, with full days between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. Candidates can work all days or select specific days. Opportunities for long-term in-home care are also available in various Denver-metro, Boulder-metro, and Fort Collins areas.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of childcare experience
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Ability to work within a 15‑mile radius
• Must live in the Denver‑metro, Boulder‑metro, or Fort Collins area

Nice To Haves

• Availability 1-2 days Monday-Friday between 7:00am-7:00pm for a long-term position

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age‑appropriate care for children ages 1+ years old
• Lead or assist with activities, playtime, and group engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
• Support check‑in/check‑out procedures
• Follow event and safety guidelines
