About The Position

The Nest Schools, founded in 2021, is a new Early Childhood organization operated by tenured early childhood professionals. They are driven by a vision to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and aim to be the worldwide leader in early childhood programs. They are seeking a School Director who understands the value of Early Childhood Education and believes teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts. The Nest Schools actively strives to be a “Best Workplace” through programs focused on WELLNESS, INNOVATION, KINDNESS, and FUN, including the Nest Eggs Reward & Recognition Program, Mentor Programs, Funday Mondays, Director Retreats, and Nest University for training and career opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous Director Experience required.
• Preferably in large school.
• Early Childhood Education background.
• Director Credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school with a focus on the value of Early Childhood Education.
• Embrace the idea that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.
• Oversee the delivery of educational experiences envisioned by teachers.
• Foster a "Best Workplace" environment through programs focused on wellness, innovation, kindness, and fun.
• Utilize centralized billing and receivables to relieve administrative duties.
• Leverage centralized call screening to focus on program quality, children, families, and staff.
