About The Position

The Childcare Director in Training works in conjunction with a training director to help oversee the daily operations of a childcare school in accordance with state licensing requirements and company policies. The role supports the facility’s administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions. It also partners with families to provide quality care and early education, assists with curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments, and cultivates positive relationships with families, teachers, and others. The position is based in the Northwest Atlanta area and requires willingness to travel to area locations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of prior management experience in licensed childcare.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related programs.
• Willingness to travel to area locations.

• Advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify candidates for higher pay within the range.
