About The Position

We are seeking a Childcare Cook to join our New Horizon Academy team at our beautiful Elkhorn school! We are looking for someone who loves making a difference and wants to inspire, encourage, and celebrate a child's love of learning every day. Requirements

Previous kitchen experience preferred.
Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.

Responsibilities

Work full-time, Monday-Friday, from 7:00am-4:00pm.
Maintain a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
Be comfortable working with food allergies/restrictions.
Enjoy working in a child-centered environment.
Be willing to learn.
Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
Satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
